• Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security to safeguard your account. We strongly suggest that you only disable your 2FA if you want to change the method or device. 
• If you do not have access to your account and you would like to disable your 2FA, kindly contact our support team.

Let’s go through the process:

> Tap the 3 horizontal lines on the top right-hand corner of your screen. 

> Select Settings.

> Select the Security section and tap the green box next to Enable 2FA via Email.

> Enter the 6-digit verification code that you will receive on your mobile phone. 

> Tap Disable 2FA.
