If you are unable to access your account due to not having access to your 2FA, you can disable it using the face recognition system if your account is fully verified. This method is a secure way to regain access to your account.
To disable your 2FA, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account using your login details.
- On the 2FA page, click on “Unable to access your authentication code”.
- A new window will pop up where you will be asked to take a selfie. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once you complete the selfie process, you will be able to log in to your account without using 2FA.
Once you access your account, you will be prompted to enable your 2FA. Until then, your account will have limited functionality.
