• The Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security to safeguard your account. We strongly suggest that you only disable your 2FA if you want to change the method or device. 
• If you do not have access to your account and you would like to disable your 2FA, kindly contact our support team. 

Let’s go through the process:

> Tap the 3 horizontal lines on the top right-hand corner of your screen. 

> Select the Settings tab and tap Security

> Tap Disable 2FA which is located below the Authenticator App section. 

> Enter the 6-digit code generated by your Authenticator App. 

> Tap Disable 2FA.
