How Can I take a Screenshot?

If you would like to contact us regarding a query that you might have, we may ask you to provide us with a screenshot for further clarification. The guides below will show you how to take a screenshot on each platform.

Windows

  • Press the Windows button and the Printscreen button (⊞ Win+PrtScr) on your keyboard. Once taken, the screenshot will be saved in the Pictures folder.

macOS

  • To take a screenshot on your Mac device, you will need to press the Shift, Command, and 3 keys (⇧ Shift+ ⌘ Command+3) on your keyboard. The screenshot will be automatically saved on your desktop.

iOS

  • Screenshots on iOS devices will require you to press the Increase Volume button and the power button at the same time. Once done the screenshot will be saved in the gallery on your device.

Android

Screenshots on Android will require you to press the power button on the device and the decrease volume button at the same time. The image will be saved on the gallery on your device.
