Currently, we do not charge any withdrawal fees. Please keep in mind that when depositing via Bitcoin, a network fee is charged by the Blockchain which we are not responsible for. 

There is NO deposit fee on Bitcoin deposits. There is a 2.5% deposit fee on all Altcoins deposits (Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (ERC20, TRC20), USD Coin (TRC20)). Please keep in mind that when depositing via Bitcoin, a network fee is charged by the Blockchain which we are not responsible for.

If you have withdrawn funds and gone through the withdrawal process correctly and not yet been credited, please check the below: Bitcoin:  The Bitcoin (BTC) address inserted is correct.  Allowed a minimum of 3 hours since your withdrawal has been processed.  Monitored your transaction by pasting the BTC address to the following website:  www.blockchain.com website. Make sure you choose Bitcoin (BTC) and not Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
