Affiliate Promotion Terms & Conditions

Definitions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Affiliate Commissions Scaling (“Promotion”), in conjunction with Vital Markets LLC. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to the decisions of Vital Markets LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. The promotion shall commence at 00:00 Monday, April 10th, 2023, and end at 23:59 on Wednesday, May 10th.
2. This promotion is open to all existing and new Affiliates who encourage their traders to trade more over the 30 days. Please note that this promotion only refers to the base commission amount of $3.00, in the case that your referral refers another user the additional $1 will not count for this promotion.
3. The commission structure for this promotion is as follows:
   • 50+ lots and YOU EARN $3.50
   • 100+ lots and YOU EARN $3.75
   • 200+ lots and YOU EARN $4.00 PLUS A $500 TRADING BONUS
4. Commissions will be paid to affiliates on Friday, May 19th together with the affiliate commissions generated in the prior week.
5. Vital Markets reserves the right to check Affiliate activity throughout the competition.
6. Affiliates who have signed up after 10/05/23 are not eligible to take part in the promotion, this gives the chance to increase lots traded.
7. Affiliates found to be in breach of any general Terms and Conditions and/or our Affiliate Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for any prize. This includes but is not limited to any fraudulent activity that may be detected that could jeopardize fairness or equality between Affiliates.
8. Vital Markets reserves the right to amend these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any stage during the promotion.
